Visiting academics and research students may apply for an attachment at the Skilliter Centre for Ottoman Studies, either as a Visiting Scholar (for those at a post-doctoral level) or as a Visiting Researcher (for doctoral students). This programme does not include any financial remuneration on the part of the Centre, and Visiting Scholars and Researchers are expected to hold their own funding. To apply, researchers should send a covering letter together with a c.v. and an outline of the research they propose to undertake while based at the Centre, to the Director, the Skilliter Centre for Ottoman Studies, Newnham College, Cambridge CB3 9DF. They should also arrange for two academic references to be sent separately to the Director.
